Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to ordering the wrong size, color, or a change of mind.

Damaged or Incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at 17jmacias@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.

Do not send returns without contacting us first

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Return instructions vary depending on the fulfillment partner (Printify or Trendsi), and we will provide the correct return address if a return is authorized.
